Privacy Policy

Zola collects the signed-in parent or guardian email address, trial dates, learning activity totals, feedback, questionnaire responses and payment status. We do not ask for a child’s name, school or address.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Payfast or Paystack. Zola records the payment reference, amount and status but does not receive or store complete card details.

Purpose and retention

Information is used to provide access, improve Zola, respond to support requests and maintain payment records. Access to administrative records is restricted to the Zola owner.

Optional follow-up emails

We retain your account email and trial history even if you do not purchase, so we can manage access and respond to account queries. Promotional follow-up, subscription reminders and offers require your separate optional permission, available under Account. This choice is off by default and is for adult account holders or parents and guardians. You can withdraw permission under Account at any time or email support.zolaed@gmail.com. Withdrawing promotional permission does not affect learning access. Contact support for access, correction or deletion requests.
